Meeting to discuss better broadband
Post in Utilities by Steve JonesIf you want better broadband, then we'd like to invite you to a meeting with Garve and District Broadband (GDB). We have a unique opportunity to upgrade to superfast broadband and give our community the best service it deserves.
GDB has been working for 12 months to provide better broadband to those of us who do not receive superfast broadband via the BT Cabinet in Garve. The team now has a long-term community-wide solution that it wants to tell you about.
Your input and support are vital to help us move this community project forward as soon as possible. Come along to one of our meetings where we’ll provide full details of the project and answer your questions:
- Achnasheen Village Hall - Monday, 20 November, 7.30pm
- Garve Village Hall - Tuesday, 21 November, 7.30pm

Nearly 75% of the community identified better broadband as the number one concern in the 2016 GDCC Community Needs Survey. Your feedback and involvement are really important in helping us bring better broadband to our community.
