Work has been taking place to secure the site and make all the necessaary arrangements around insurance and utilities. We are going to get an expert in to have a look at trees throughout the area, especially those that pose a risk in terms of potential damage to the building and we will report back on this as soon as we have further information.
The next, and most exciting piece of work, is getting your views on development and to do this we will engage external consultants to take us through the process which will support the development of a busines plan that can be used for future funding applications. We have developed a Consultant Brief that has gone out to tender, responses will be received by 1 March 2022 at which point we can make a decision and and apply to LCT for funding.
