Ok folk from Garve and District, Tina, Lucy and Morven of The Garve and District Development Company really need your help.

Christmas Bumper Pack

These ladies spent hours to-day, preparing envelopes to post out to every household in the Garve & District area in an effort to seek your help.
Envelopes contain lots of information:-
  • A letter from Morven, our new DigiHub Meet and Eat Facilitor telling you all about a new project beginning in January 2019.  She wants to sign-up anyone over 60 interested in learning new digital skills or anyone who just wants to improve their skills.  She also wants to encourge those of you who are over 60, but with great skills, to come along to the project and provide some peer to peer support.  Just complete the information slip and return.
  • DigiHub Meet and Eat Flyer - this tells you a little more about the project and our on-line community hub - Garve & District.  If you have relatives or neighbours who you think might be interested, please go and talk to them.  It's a great way of getting people together with free transport and food too!  You told us you wanted more activities and here they are!
  • Are you and all of your family members of The Garve and District Development Company?  In your pack, you will find an Ordinary Membership Form and a Junior one too - sign as many people up as possible, we need members to give us a voice for future funding opportunities.
  • Household Survey - don't groan, it is really small and will take you a couple of minutes to complete, but will give us so much information that is required by funders.
  • And, last but not least a Christmas Card from Tina, Lucy, Morven and all at TGDDC wishing you all very best wishes for the festive season and a peaceful New Year

Please complete the information sent to you, pop it in the SAE provided and Tina will await 274 envelopes popping through her letterbox - that poor postman will never have seen so much mail at the Hartley household!

Much appreciated Blair, it will make a big difference if we have some up to date demographic information and ideas for the future when putting in large funding applications.
