We need more takers for Qigong to continue. At least 4 participants must be booked for a class to go ahead. Please share.

This was a very popular class at our Taster Day in February last year. You do not need any special clothing or equipment. Just as long as you are comfortable, can move freely and it is up to you whether you wear shoes or not.

Qigong is an ancient Chinese health care system that integrates physical postures, breathing techniques and focused intention. Many health care professionals recommend Qigong as an important form of alternative medicine. Qigong creates an awareness of dimensions of our being that are not part of traditional exercise programs. Qigong practices can be classified as martial, medical or spiritual. All styles have three things in common: they all involve a posture, (whether moving or stationary), breathing techniques and mental focus.
The Qigong sessions will be fully funded by LCT via the Activate Garve & District project when we have 4 or more attending regularly.
