Post in Community Groups & Events by Morven MacDonald
Great news! Still fully funded by LCT till end June 2021. Time to start feeling great and learn something new.

Yoga via Zoom is on a Tuesday at 6.30-7.30pm. Follow the posts on the events page for updates.

Why not Book now and get started on living life to full, with more energy, better health and feeling great!

Here is a clip Alice created for kids yoga, that will give you an insight into the sort of thing you would do in the adult class too     Video Clip of Lochbroom Yoga Tuition

You can still book right up to 5pm on the Tuesday evening of the class. The classes can only go ahead if we have the minimum of 4 participants booked by the Saturday before the session. You will receive a reply with all the information you need. This Zoom class is age 16 and over.

It is wonderful that Alice is able to offer this opportunity to the community as a fully qualified and experienced yoga teacher.  Yoga offers so many great physical, mental and holistic health benefits. Click here to view Alice's website Loch Broom Yoga and fb page Loch Broom Yoga facebook page

The classes are getting excellent feedback from all the participants. Here is some more:
"So good tonight, feeling so much stronger doing your classes Alice, I nearly fell asleep relaxing tonight so fun. Thank you once again"
We are looking into options for yoga classes to also take place, face to face in the community halls in addition to the Zoom session and perhaps family workshops for the future. If you are interested in this please Contact Morven
If you have any questions about the session do contact Alice directly by clicking here contact Alice
Great work Alice and all the participants! So glad it is going so well.

There is a really good core group that have found great benefits in attending the yoga sessions. If any of you are reading this, can you please let people know what you think of the classes and how easy or hard you have found them. Thank you.

I have attended most of the sesssions. I was totally new to yoga and have found the classes very enjoyable. Alice, our instructor, makes sure that everyone can benefit from the exercises and adapts them to suit each individual if necessary, I can highly recommend taking the opportunity to learn yoga. It's both relaxing and invigorating. And makes a difference to everyday activities too, so an all round winner!
