IT’S CHRISTMAS IN ACHNASHEEN VILLAGE HALL!!!

You are invited to the Achnasheen Amenities Association Community Christmas Party

Join us for a Festive Community Buffet with games, prizes and much more!

Saturday 16 th December, 6.00pm
Achnasheen Village Hall

All members of the Garve & District community are invited

WE HAVE CAPACITY FOR 50 GUESTS SO THE FIRST 50 REPLIES WILL BE GUARANTEED ENTRY

What we will provide:
A welcome glass of prosecco/soft drink when you arrive
Crisps and Nibbles
Two mains platters of cold salmon and ham
Christmas cake/festive treats
Tea/Coffee/Soft drinks

What you need to do:
1. RSVP by Friday 8th December to this email achnasheenamenities@gmail.com with:
a) your name
b) the number of people attending from your household, including number of children
c) an indication of whether you’ll bring savoury or sweet food – both, if you want (see below)
AAA will email you entry tickets

2. Bring a plate of food to contribute to the buffet and to share with fellow guests. It can be cold food (e.g., sandwiches, filled rolls, meats, cheeses, puddings) or cooked food (e.g., sausage rolls, pork pies, quiches) that can be re-heated, but NOT food that requires cooking. Whether it’s home-made or shop bought, it will all be welcome. And don’t worry if food preparation is not your thing – just bring yourselves!

We’ll have party games and a raffle with prizes galore!
