Hot Food Service

Post in Community Care by Tina Hartley
The hot food service for the benefit of the community has now been moved to evening provision.

Would you like hot food prepared for you and delivered to your door?

Due to lack of demand for lunch time meals, our Community Food Hub will pilot an evening meal service to see if this better suite the community's needs.
Out of the Blue Catering will take weekly orders (menu attached) orders can be phoned in or emailed to Uisdean (Tel 07838 389156) or who will arrange the delivery team for those who need deliveries (doorstep delivery you must leave your gate open) or collections from the van (respecting social distancing) from Out of the Blue in Garve. Please note all payments must be made by BACS or correct cash in a sealed envelope as change cannot be handled in line with infection control guidelines.  Food can be collected from the van between 5pm - 7pm Sunday to Thursday evenings.

Food orders must be with Uisdean by Sunday at 12 noon ready to provide meals the following week.

The Garve and District Development Company has developed this delivery service scheme with financial support from the LCT COVID19 Community Support grant to support the costs of delivery.  As such this offer is available to members of the community living in Garve and District.

Out of the Blue Catering have also asked  us to share with you that the Fish and Chip van will be available every other Saturday lunchtime the next opening time is Saturday, 9 May 2020.
