Help Build our Riverside Path and Fun Activities in the Hall
Post in Community Groups & Events by Morven MacDonaldMonday 12th September is a School In Service Day! We have some fun activities planned! 11am up to 3pm
Book here by Saturday (10th) morning!
We will meet outside the Garve Public Hall on Monday 12th at 11am with wheel barrows at the ready, spare gloves for the young folk (please bring your own if you have some) and garden tools made for the younger path builders in the community!
We will be filling the wheel barrows, wheeling them down to the Riverside and spreading the chippings with rakes to create a fabulous riverside path for the whole community to enjoy.
After the hard work there will be a delicious lunch for everyone and activities on at the Garve Public Hall.
Yummy pizza baguettes, vegetable sticks, homemade cakes and drinks for everyone!
Fenella Ross Elmer of Blackwater Print Studio will be printmaking with leaves with the young folk, which they can collect at the event.. They can use pre-cut pattern lino stamps and poly blocks using white as a base, onto black bags. All equipment provided by Fenella. Old clothes or an apron advised. Suitable for all ages.
There will be lots of lego for all our creative builders!

It is going to be a fun afternoon! Join in! Stay as long or as short as you want!
Children of all ages are welcome along with one or more trusted adults to be responsible for the children in their group throughout the activities.
