Why not Book now for January 2021. Get your New Year off to a positive start.

You will receive a reply with all the information you need.

You can still book right up to 5pm on the Tuesday evening of the class, however the classes can only go ahead if we have the minimum of 4 participants booked by the Saturday before the session.

It is wonderful that Alice is able to offer this opportunity to the community as a fully qualified and experienced yoga teacher.  Yoga offers so many great physical, mental and holistic health benefits. Click here to view Alice's website Loch Broom Yoga and fb page Loch Broom Yoga facebook page

The classes are getting excellent feedback from the participants. Here is some more:

"So good tonight, feeling so much stronger doing your classes Alice, I nearly fell asleep relaxing tonight so fun. Thank you once again"

These classes are for those age 16 and over.  We are also looking into options for family workshops for the future.

Great news to hear that the Yoga classes are going to continue in the New Year.

I've thoroughly enjoyed the sessions.  Alice’s expert guidance has done my dodgy back a power of good.

It doesn't cost you anything except an hour of your time to join in - highly recommended.

If you've never done yoga but would like to try, these sessions are an excellent way to do so.  A free hour of yoga, led by an excellent tutor in the comfort of your own home on dark winter nights during a pandemic - how great is that?

Alice is brilliant at providing sessions that suit all abilities, from beginners to those with some experience of yoga. It's good for mind, body and soul, particularly during these challenging times. All you need is yourself and some space to lie down on your floor.

New Year, new learning, new experience? Give yoga a go!

We'd just like to say a big thank you for funding these sessions. Is there something else we can do to encourage more to take part? Maybe record a session and upload it to the site for folk to try it out in their own time? What about yoga for young people and a bespoke session for the elderly, ensuring it's accessible for all.
