Calling all the guys! Get together for a delicious breakfast roll a hot drink cuppa and good catch up. There will be a follow up talk at 10.30am - "A Year in the Life of a Squirrel"

Meet folk from your community, show those new to the area a good highland welcome. Drop in!

Marcia from Ross-shire Rangers will be attending at 10.30am to offer a 45 minute talk on a Year in the Life of a Squirrel. This was the most favoured choice from those offered. Squirrels are wonderful. It will be very interesting. I am looking into the Rangers offering a similar talk to the wider community in the coming months.

What's not to like? Give it a whirl. Share stories, tips, know how and enjoy some good craic. Go for as long or short as suits you. 

Our aim is to bring everyone in the community together, communicating the event through a variety of methods to aid connection, inclusion and conversation in a way that makes folk feel comfortable. Many men avoid community events and would prefer a good blether, laugh and share news in a smaller group. It's an opportunity to come together to share knowledge, tips and enjoy yourselves whilst improving health and well-being. The success of the Mens Shed demonstrates the benefits and enjoyment from these get togethers.

On every fortnight, meet up for a breakfast roll and drink provided free, thanks to Activate Garve & District Project Phase 3 funded by the Lochluichart Community Trust. 
Folk from outside the funded area are very welcome. It will only cost what you choose to eat or drink. Join in!

It would be great to see folk attending this event to enjoy themselves, get the craic and consider supporting others in their community that may be feeling a bit isolated.  Lads age 16+ are very welcome to attend along with a responsible adult.

The group may like someone to come along to chat about a topic or expert area. Crofting, Tech, Art, Woodwork, Engineering, Cooking, Car Machanics, Money Saving Tips, Industry, Gardening, Cycle Maintenance, Renewable Energy, Health, Fitness, Financial Matters. You will decide what you are interested in yourselves. I am here to facilitate and support delivering a meet up that is what you want. Give me your ideas and thoughts and I will do whatever I can to make it happen!
