Merry Christmas

Christmas Hamper

Post in Community Groups & Events by Sue Tarr
Garve & District Community Events Group are bringing gifts of Christmas Cheer out to the community this year as we can't invite you to a Christmas Party.

Did you receive your Christmas Cheer Hamper?

We all hope you enjoy this small token of festive fun safely at home and look forward to meeting up again suitably masked and socially distant at some point in 2021 after what has been a strange and difficult year for many.

Christmas Hampers 2020

Santa has sent some Christmas gifts for the children as well!

Also included are some face masks and hand sanitisers from T&GDDC's Covid 19 Response Fund.

If the Elves have accidentally missed out someone, please get in touch.

Thanks go to the volunteers of the Garve and District Community Events Group and the Community Engagement & Develpoment Officers for all their hard work in making this Christmas Cheer Delivery happen; and to T&GDDC and LCT for their support and funding.

We hope you are all well despite the restrictions we have all had to cope with over the last year.  We are here to help the community and are thinking of you all: whether you are new to the community or have lived here for 90 years!

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you all.

You are full of surprises! The book of stamps was genius- hope that wasn't  a spoiler for anyone. Thanks to Laura, delivering, and all the other elves ( you wish) who made this possible.

A belated thank you for the lovely hamper received for Cristmas. Also the money

towards our energy bills. Much appreciated at a time when I was not very mobile

due to a bad fall. Recovering now and hope 2021 will be a better year.
